Pieni, mutta tehokas! Sinistä spirulinaa valmistetaan merilevästä. Jauhe on mauton ja täydellinen väriaine! Väri on erittäin intensiivinen, mutta voi hävitä kun lämpötila nousee yli 70 asteen.
Tee esim. vaniljajäätelöstäsi sininen spirulinan avulla! Se sopii myös chia-vanukkaisiin, smoothieihin ja jogurtteihin. Voit värittää jopa mascarponekerman tiramisuissa siniseksi spirulinan avuin, mielikuvituksella ei ole rajaa!
