Recept med sojastrimlor

På grund av sin storlek är våra ekologiska sojastrimlor idealiska som köttalternativ till gyros, kotletter eller kycklingstrimlor. De är mindre än våra ekologiska sojamedaljonger, men större än våra grova ekologiska sojaköttbullar. För vegansk spaghetti bolognese, chili eller köttbullar har vi även våra fina ekologiska sojaköttbullar för dig i vårt sortiment. Våra ekologiska sojastrimlor smakar särskilt bra som en extra källa till vegetabiliskt protein i färgglada sallader, wraps eller till curryrätter och grönsakspannor. På grund av sin neutrala smak kan du använda sojastripsen i många olika rätter och förädla dem med valfria kryddor. Häll helt enkelt varmt vatten eller buljong över remsorna och låt dem ligga i blöt i tio till femton minuter. Häll sedan av vattnet och stek remsorna i en stekpanna med lite olja. Sojastrimlorna är redo för att kryddas till olika rätter!

Gesund ist in erster Linie eine ausgewogene, abwechslungsreiche Ernährungsweise. Unsere Bio Soja Streifen bestehen aus 100 % Bio Soja und sind somit vegan. Mit 50 g Eiweiß pro 100 g und 15 g Ballaststoffen pro 100 g haben sie außerdem einen hohen Protein- und Ballaststoffgehalt.
Die Zubereitung geht ganz einfach: Du übergießt die Streifen mit heißem Wasser oder Brühe und lässt diese zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten einweichen. Dann die Soja Streifen kurz abtropfen lassen und mit etwas Öl und den Gewürzen Deiner Wahl in einer Pfanne anbraten.
Absolut, denn unsere Soja Streifen bestehen zu 100 % aus Sojabohnen, die aus kontrolliert biologischer Landwirtschaft stammen.
Unsere Soja Streifen sind vegan, bio und in der praktischen 800 g-Vorteilspackung erhältlich. Durch ihre lange Haltbarkeit sind sie ideal für Deinen Vorratsschrank geeignet und eine leckere Fleischalternative, um Deine liebsten Gerichte zu veganisieren.
Ja! Unsere Bio Soja Streifen bestehen zu 100 % aus Soja und enthalten keinerlei tierische Bestandteile.
Für unsere Bio Soja Streifen können wir eine Kreuzkontamination mit Gluten nicht ausschließen. Personen mit Glutenunverträglichkeiten wie z. B. einer Zöliakie raten wir daher vom Verzehr ab.
Die optimale Aufbewahrung ist an einem kühlen und trockenen Ort. In der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung sind unsere Bio Soja Streifen ab Produktionsdatum mindestens 18 Monate haltbar.

Super practical and versatile!

These were the first soy rags I had ever tried! When I first tasted them, I didn't know what to expect and was a bit skeptical about the spongy texture. Now I realized that they are great for my cooking habits and I prepare them this way: soak them about ten minutes in hot salted water or vegetable broth. Then I quickly saute them simply with soy sauce or with the other ingredients I want to flavor and season them with. By themselves I don't feel they have any taste, they just take on the flavor of the seasoning. Very useful for those who have little time but want to eat something tasty and alternative to meat.

Amazing, but sadly frequently out of stock

I have tried many, many forms and brands of TVP and these strips are probably my favourite. They are nice and chewy. Perfect size, in my opinion. Not as watery as most "chunks" and not as tough as the "medallions" (although those are great for when you want something to fry and eat with a knife and fork).

Soy TVP has just amazing macros. So I incorporate these into most of my recipes, including curries, chillis, soups, rice bowls and summer rolls. I even sometimes just eat them on their own as an ultra-high protein snack. For that I soak them in hot water, strain, toss with soy sauce and then put them in my air fryer.

There's always a little bit of soy mice/dust at the bottom of the bag. That's unavoidable. But I just save those for my next chilli.

Annoyingly, these seem to always be out of stock when I want to order them. My next best recommendation would be the pea protein strips.

Good - unfortunately somewhat crumbly due to improper transportation

Absorbent, neutral taste, unfortunately the shreds in the lower part of the bag crumbled a little after transportation. I still think they are very good and unbeatable value for money.

unfortunately no stripes

The taste is good, but unfortunately there were more crumbs and small pieces than strips in my package. Therefore, the bulk is more useful for vegan mince than for meatballs or gyros.
